Welcome to Label April. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms, crafted to ensure transparency, respect for craft, and a seamless experience.
- Product & Craftsmanship- Each Label April garment is handcrafted in collaboration with artisans across India. Slight irregularities in weave, dye, or embroidery are not defects but a mark of the human hand—making every piece unique.
- Pricing & Payments- All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. International prices may vary due to currency conversion and applicable duties. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.
- Orders & Availability- All pieces are produced in limited quantities. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Label April reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping- We ship globally. Domestic orders are typically dispatched within a few working days. International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination. Shipping charges and customs duties (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
- Returns & Exchanges- We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted in case of a genuine defect or sizing issue, subject to availability. All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
For April Thrift:
Garments sent back by customers will not be refunded. Instead, store credit (15% off on your next purchase) will be provided upon approval.
- April Thrift Policy- Only garments originally purchased from Label April under the collection category are eligible. Customers must email us to initiate the process. Courier charges for sending garments back to us are to be borne by the customer. All pieces undergo a quality check before being accepted and listed.
- Intellectual Property- All content on this website—including images, text, designs, and concepts—belongs to Label April and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
- Privacy- Your personal information is kept confidential and is used solely to process orders and enhance your experience with us.
- Liability- Label April is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as logistics, customs, or natural disruptions. We do not take responsibility for minor variations inherent to handcrafted products.
