We hope every April piece fits you just right.

• Most garments constructed in our unit include margin allowances, making it easier for you to alter the fit if needed.

• In case of any fit concerns, please reach out to us via Instagram DM @label.april or email us at april.labelcnt@gmail.com — we’re here to help.

• We do not accept returns or cancellations.

• Exchanges are only applicable if initiated within 3 days of delivery, and the product must be in perfect condition — unused, unwashed, and without any stains or damage.

• Products can be exchanged for another piece of the same value or higher.

• The cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by the customer.
• No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for garments that have been altered by the customer.
• Returns are only accepted under April Thrift. These pieces are being returned by customers who wish to thrift. These pieces are not eligible for refunds; instead, customers will receive a 15% credit/discount towards their next purchase with April.

April reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange or replacement.
